The Residence Formula
The Residence formula of the Key Club, Montalto di Castro, is designed to meet all the needs of our guests and their pets. We have 15 studios and 4 two-bedroom apartments, all with air conditioning and very spacious. We offer the best modern amenities, such as 32″ TV, direct dial telephone, free Wi-Fi, and fully equipped kitchenette with crockery, plates, cutlery and glasses. In the studios you can stay from two to four people, while the two-room apartments, consisting of two separate rooms and with double bathrooms, can accommodate up to five people. Bathrooms are complete with bath, shower and hairdryer. The Residence formula includes “all inclusive” services, with daily cleaning of the studios and two-room apartments (except the kitchenette), change of bathroom and bed linen twice a week, energy consumption and final cleaning. The weekly price also includes the beach service, which includes a parasol and two beds for each studio or apartment. In addition, our customers can take advantage of the restaurant service, either by eating meals in the dining room, taking takeaway dishes or ordering directly on the beach to enjoy lunch under your own umbrella. This solution is particularly suitable for families.
